Included in our Standard Prices, we offer three easy ways to create your Insert:

Choose a concept from the catalog pages, and rewrite the headlines, then add
your text and logo.

Choose a concept directly from the catalog pages, and simply add your text and
logo and supporting elements. We maintain an archive of most common industry
related logos for your use. Remember, we don't mind if you mix-and-match fronts
and backs.

Choose a concept from a Category different from your message, which you feel
can be adapted well to present your message. Then rewrite the headline, add
your text and logo and you've just created your custom insert!

Front or Back - or Both - or Custom!
As you've likely discovered, the back prepared for each insert concept
appearing in our catalog has a strong continuity of message and style with it's
front. This helps you see the complete Insert, front and back with no
surprises. If you require adjustments on the front, we can also make
adjustments on the back to maintain continuity.
Make it Yours...
Many of our Insert Concepts lend themselves to use for a variety of topics, and
with minor changes, like the headline, could be effective in categories
completely different than those where we chose to display them. As a result,
you have the opportunity to "customize" many of our designs without additional
production charges. For example, we can change without charge:

Getting It Done!
FIRST YOU...
Enjoy reviewing our newest collection of Insert designs. Then...

with the spirit of your institution. Remember, you're welcome to mix-n-match
any front with any back! Our inserts communicate everything from the serious to

are featuring. Refer to our "Preparing your message" section. Keep your central
theme in mind while preparing your copy - you can reference common elements
throughout the text. Be sure to match the "feel" of the text to the design, and
you'll have a winning insert! A strong design, along with a strong headline,
and brief copy will do a great job!

Once your Order is received, your assigned Insert Consultant confirms receipt
of your order with a Confirmation telephone call. Your Insert Consultant will
follow your project all the way to completion, and will be your single contact
for any information needed.
Design and Proofing
We'll take your input and put a truly professional face on
it! Then, we'll send you a "proof" for review and approval. We'll E-MAIL your
proof, actual size, and in full color as an easily accessed, one-click Acrobat
PDF file. Or if you prefer, we can mail a high quality color inkjet proof, FAX
a "gray scale" proof (must be followed by a mailed color proof for general
color approval). The proof cycle will repeat if changes or corrections are
required.
Manufacturing
After receiving your final approval, we'll manufacture and ship within 3
working days! Your Insert Consultant is professionally qualified to check your
material while on press to ensure your expectations are being met. Our
standards are high, so we know you'll be pleased.
Shipping
Your order will be carefully packaged and labeled for shipping. 3-day Express
Delivery to any destination in the continental U.S. is included at half-price.
And, your 100 complimentary samples will be on their way, too! (Remember,
shippers don't count weekends and holidays). Express or Overnight Delivery is

Preparing your message...
We've included headlines on every one of the inserts shown in our catalog. If
they fit your needs, use them, or if you have a different headline idea or a
unique point to get across, we hope ours will stir the creativity in you.
You CAN do it! But if you aren't happy with your final draft, just give
us a call. We'll give you some help! Remember - clever is great, but your
reader must clearly understand your message, starting with the headline, so
keep your text short and easy to read and understand, laying out your offer and
its benefits directly. Write conversationally, nice and easy - like the pros
deliver messages in those short "spots" on TV and radio. Again, keep it
friendly. And be assured, we actually read all the copy that comes in. So, if
anything looks like it needs a bit of TLC, we'll get in touch and call it to
your attention.
Tips on preparing your headline and text...
-
First... consider your audience. Present your message in a tone and with
language appropriate to your audience. Remember, you are writing for them not
for you.

Limit the number of ideas, products or services presented. Develop one good
powerful headline... then support it with text that give the necessities to
your reader with simplicity and clarity.

Use simple, easy to understand words.
-
Keep your message to a minimum on the front panel.
-
Use your "spell check".
-
Bullet point your information to aid understanding.
-
Shorter is almost always better. If you have a lot of details to cover, be sure
to choose a appropriate format to accomodate your message (Double Panel, Triple
Panel, etc.).

Emphasize BENEFITS, not the features. "What's in this for me?", "What makes
yours best?", "Why would I like it?", etc.
-
Remember, words count... Choose them thoughtfully.

When providing your elements...
-
Submitting TEXT... prepare your text in any processing program, then send
either copied into an e-mail message, or as an e-mail attachment, or delivered
as a .txt document on disc. We can also accept text and headlines typed or
typeset, then printed (clearly) by FAX or mail.

Submitting PHOTOS... please send well exposed, in-focus prints, with the
subject at least the same size as you want the final printed photo to appear.
The larger the better, up to 8"x10". Please let us know if you wish to have
your original returned. Digital photo files should be saved as EPS, JPEG, or
TIFF files.

LOGO files and very small images (under 5 MB) can be sent as attachments to
e-mail. Large or hi-res images (over 5 MB) should be sent on disc (CD-ROM or
ZIP disc)

NOTE: Please DO NOT send MULTIPLE ATTACHMENTS via America
Online. It will deliver, but will be UNREADABLE. Though more time
consuming, please split your transmissions to include ONE attachment at a
time. Vector Art created in Illustrator, Freehand, or Corel Draw can be
resized easily, is typically easy to modify, and is preferred for logo
submission. We'll keep your submitted art on file for your future orders.
Digital art submitted for reproduction must be at a minimum of 300 dpi.
Logos, etc. on disc or delivered by e-mail should be at least as large
as final printed size, in either vector or raster format, at 300 dpi minimum.

Statement Inserts
Single Panel
A single sheet with content in full color on both sides, and room for a single
well presented message.

Double Panel
A sheet with one fold (4 panels) available for expanded content. Include a
survey, a table, a map, or an application, etc.

A sheet with two folds (6 panels) - a mini-brochure! with room for complete
details, and a reply form, detailed application, etc.

Postcards
We offer several sizes:
6" x 4 1/4", 8" x 5"
and 11" x 5 7/8"
We can create a postcard from any FRONT or BACK design from the
catalog. The elements may require some redistribution on the page, but the
message and flavor will remain in tact. Choose either FULL COLOR BOTH
SIDES, or FULL COLOR FRONT with BLACK ONLY on the
BACK.

Posters
18" by 24" (either Landscape or Portrait)
We can create a poster from any FRONT or BACK design from the catalog. The
elements may require some redistribution, but the message and flavor will
remain in tact.

Postcards...
have gained tremendous popularity with businesses of all types. A postcard
campaign can cover those addressees not included on your Statement Mailing
List, and carries the added benefit of allowing contact between statement
mailings. Postcards like a colorful, compelling mini-billboard, seen instantly!
They're inexpensive and effective. Postcards require a message that's short and
to the point. If your message can be delivered in this brief, dramatic format,
then let's go with a postcard! We can create a postcard from any FRONT or BACK
represented in the catalog. The elements may require some redistribution on the
page, but the message and flavor will remain in tact.
Lobby Posters...
powerfully reinforce your Insert's message, capturing the attention of
customers right when they're waiting to do business at your location - right
when, and where they can take action or ask for help. All of our Insert designs
