Requestor understands and agrees that the materials contained within the Concept Collection Marketing Kit (further referred to as “Marketing Kit”) are the property of Nationwide Marketing Solutions. Copyright laws bind all content within the Marketing Kit. Any unauthorized reproduction, replication or distribution to any other individual and/or organization, without the express written consent of Nationwide Marketing Solutions is strictly forbidden.
The intent of this Marketing Kit is to assist Credit Unions to better market and promote their organizations products and services. Prior to assigning a Marketing Kit, the following business status will be verified:
- Requestor is currently an active ordering* client, in the process of becoming an active ordering* client or is serious about evaluating Nationwide Marketing Solutions products and services with the intent of becoming an active ordering* client.
- Requestors organization must be recognized by NCUA as a viable and operational Credit Union.
If the above conditions are met and verified a Marketing Kit will be assigned at no cost to the requestor/organization. Active ordering clients may retain the Marketing Kit as long as they retain active ordering* status.
*Active Ordering status is based on clients who have and continue to order products and services with Nationwide Marketing Solutions on a frequent basis. Clients who seek active ordering status agree to place an order(s) within 90-days of receipt of the Marketing Kit. Orders must consist of, but not be limited to: statement inserts, postcards, direct mailers, laser letters and/or newsletters. If the Marketing Kit is retained and no order is placed, nor intent to order demonstrated within the 90-day period, requesting organization agrees to return the Marketing Kit with no obligations or agrees to purchase the kit for $500 and will be invoiced accordingly.
Acceptance of these Terms, Conditions and Usage Agreement will be authenticated in writing and signature prior to shipping of the Marketing Kit.
